CWES is a 29-year old non-profit group dedicated to enjoyable and educational exploration of fine wines and matching foods. We hold sit-down tasting events on the second Wednesday of each month, September through June. Matching food bites (small plates) are prepared by the Northwest Culinary Academy to complement the wines. Typical attendance at the tastings is approximately fifty members who pay an event fee to defray costs.
