Harvest – Part 3

Harvesting continues in the vineyard and in the winery. Everyone is busy! Today we’re continuing the harvest of Pinot gris in Block 6 which will be pressed today. The pickers are working hard and fast! The winery crew is too.

In the winery we are keeping the Pinot warm while it finishes fermenting. That which has finished has been pressed and is settling in the tanks seen between the fermenters.

It is time to fix these people lunch!
