Toast for a Cure Raises more than $7000 for Huntingtons’s Disease research

Thank you to everyone who joined us on September 8 for Toast for a Cure!

The event was a great success thanks to your generosity and the generosity of the many sponsors who contributed food, services, and items for the auction.

Mother Nature smiled on us with warm sunshine throughout the day, and participants enjoyed a great day of food, wine, and fellowship with new friends and old.

A very special thank you to Amy and Tim Hilgers, who were the driving force in planning, organizing, and rallying volunteers and donations.  They are a remarkable couple, putting a brave and inspiring face to the incredible challenges that Huntington’s Disease has placed in their lives.

All of the money raised was donated to the Northwest Chapter of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America.  If you would like to make an additional donation, you can do so at https://www.hdsa.org/how-you-can-help/donations.html
