The Wine
We put the same quality of wine into the eco-packs as we put into our glass bottles.
Yes, all our wines are grown, fermented, aged, and packaged in our vineyards and winery in the Dundee Hills of Oregon.
We have done testing and lab analysis, and we are confident that the wine will last at least one year without a decrease in quality.
After opening, your wine will remain fresh for at least a month.
Yes! You can customize your order each month.
For best quality, store your wine in a cool room that does not experience wide swings in temperature.
After opening, store your wines at the temperature that you enjoy drinking them. Store wines in the refrigerator if you enjoy them chilled.
Eco-Packs
Our wines are available in 1.5L (two bottle equivalent) or 3L (four bottle equivalent).
No, the date filled is not on the label, We package small quantities of our wines regularly throughout the year so that consumers always receive a wine that is well within the one-year quality range.
Depending on your local recycling program, the eco-pack can be recycled with your other mixed plastics. We are continuing to look for alternative materials that can be recycled at a higher rate.
Subscriptions
After you join Pinot & Company, you have two days to customize your first shipment before we process your order. We will ship your wine 2-3 days later.
It’s up to you. Most people receive monthly shipments, but you can change the frequency to bi-monthly or quarterly.
The minimum is two, but you are welcome to add more.
Yes! You can customize your order each month.
Shipping
No problem. You can skip a shipment, or reschedule to a more convenient date. (If you are going on vacation, we might be able to ship your wine to your destination! Contact us ahead of time to be sure, as not all states allow direct shipments of wine to consumers.)
Nothing. Pinot & Company includes ground shipping at no extra charge. In some states, we collect sales tax and submit it to the local jurisdiction as required by law.
Do NOT use a knife! This may seem silly but a knife may puncture the eco-pack.
Yes, someone aged 21+ will need to receive the wine. Your wine can be delivered to your home, office, or to a FedEx or UPS location that is convenient for you.
No, all Pinot & Co. subscriptions are delivered by FedEx or UPS. We just don’t have the space to store orders until they can be picked up.
