We highly recommend pairing this dish with our 2014 Pearly Everlasting.
This wine is a unique blend of the white wines of Winter’s Hill Estate. Made from Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, a portion of the wines were made in French oak barrels, and a portion were fermented in stainless steel tanks. By blending the different components together, we have created a wine with fullness and complexity, while retaining the freshness and crisp character that Winter’s Hill is known for. Perfect for enjoying on a warm afternoon, or try it with grilled halibut.
