Celebrating Mother’s Day This Weekend
For me, one of the best parts of working in our family business has been the opportunity to work with my mother and my wife, Delphine. I’ve learned a lot from both of them about balancing family and business, and keeping an eye on the big picture even when daily demands are loud and insistent.
Emily has also taught me the importance of hospitality, both to our customers and to our employees and colleagues. In a world where corporations can seem faceless, sharing food (or wine) and treating people as individuals is more important than ever.
This weekend, I hope you can share a moment with a woman who is important in your life, whether or not she is your biological mother. If you bring her to Winter’s Hill, we’ll be happy to share a glass of our Traditional Method sparkling wine.
