Through November, when you visit the winery you can participate in our Cork Toss to support the Dayton Food Pantry. Successfully toss a cork into the bucket and we’ll give you a bottle of our Watershed Pinot noir. Make a $5 donation for one chance, or $20 for five chances. This year the need is greater than ever, and we hope you will join us for a fun way to help our neighbors in need.
A Rosé Reassurance
One thing I dread about this time of year is having to share the news that, yes, we are running low on Rosé…but the 2025 will be available soon!
The Next Vintage
Throughout the last harvest season, whenever I walked past the large tank where the Rosé of Pinot noir was fermenting, I was blown away by the delicious aromas. Strawberry, watermelon, pie cherry; there was a cloud of tempting flavors that surrounded the tank.
The wine has finished fermenting now, and is beginning to settle and clarify. Over the winter we will rack it off of the sediment, and get it ready to bottle in January. Our Rosé is always the first release of the new vintage, and you can mark your calendars now, we plan to release the 2025 Rosé of Pinot noir on Valentine’s Day 2026.
Current Availability
We do have a dozen or so cases of bottled 2024 Rose available for your holiday gatherings. My father always insisted that I save a few bottles of Rose to serve with the Thanksgiving turkey. If you love that combination as well, place your order now so you don’t miss out.
Unfortunately we do a temporary shortage of Rose in our Magnum (1.5L) and Double Magnum (3L) pouches. If you would like to get on the wait list to receive the new vintage as soon as it is ready, please email or text.
REMINDER: Upcoming Tasting Room Schedule
We’re open for tastings every day through November 26, after that we’ll be changing to Friday-Monday through the winter months. Look forward to seeing you this holiday season!
