Have you heard the news? Oregon Sparkling wines have been recognized as among the best in the world! Here at Winter’s Hill we have been crafting traditional method sparkling wine since 2016.
But with the Wine Enthusiast naming a sparkling wine from the Willamette Valley as their top wine of 2024, and including three more in the Top 100, the secret is officially out.
We are proud to work with sparkling producer, Corollary, #36 on Wine Enthusiast’s list, in addition to making our own sparkling wine. Our blend of Pinot noir and Pinot blanc has been aging for more than five years – and is currently expressing its full potential just in time for the New Year!
