My family has always put a high value on education, and that was certainly reinforced as I grew up in a college town like East Lansing, Michigan. That might explain why every year I look forward to the Oregon Wine Symposium held in the Convention Center in Portland. Two days of seminars, research presentations, and visiting experts from around the world: It’s my chance to go back to school and be a student again!
Learning Together
This year, Chris and Rachel are joining me as we step away from the barrels and the tasting patio and try to learn new techniques and approaches. We’ll also reconnect with friends and colleagues from other wineries and taste some new wines.
We’ll come back to Winter’s Hill with new ideas, and ready to share our newest wines with you. The Rosé and Valentines Celebration is filling up quickly, so make your reservation soon. We don’t want to run out of Fondue!
