THE VALUE OF HIGH STANDARDS
Bottling day is always stressful for a winemaker. After carefully shepherding the wine from grape to barrel to tank, bottling is our last chance to impact the quality of the wine.
Using the highest quality equipment is critical, but just as important is the skill of the people maintaining, operating and cleaning the equipment before and after each use. With more than 10 years of experience working together, I know that Noel and his team always maintain the highest standards.
