One of my favorites is a simple yet luxurious Crab Dip. Here in the Northwest, we’re fortunate to have one of the best and most sustainable crab fisheries in the world—making Crab Dip a true staple. This season, I recommend pairing it with our 2021 Pinot Noir Blanc.
