What is Cellar Season?
At Winter’s Hill, this is a time to reflect, plan, bottle and embrace the new year – as we endure the Willamette Valley’s wet, wet, wet winter weather. Most of our 2024 wines will be resting in barrel during this season but the Rosé of Pinot noir will be bottled in late January. We’ll also start pruning on January 2, and we have already started hiring some additional team-members to help Luciano with this very important job.

While we’re focused on the wines and vines, we will also be sharing some delicious and tempting specials with you! Hopefully, you saw our first-ever Flat Rate Flash Sale announcement on Tuesday. Our Final 2024 Gathering
