About our Reserve Pinot noir
Our Reserve Pinot noir represents the finest wine that we can make. We select a barrels from different blocks of the vineyard, choosing those with rich, complex flavor, and the structure to allow the wine to age and develop over many years. After bottling, we age the wine for an additional 4+ years in bottle. This allows you to experience the complexity and layered flavors that develop over the years.
In addition to the standard 750ml bottle, our reserve is also available in 1.5L Magnums and 3L Jeroboams. Contact us for large format bottlings of older vintages.
Tasting Notes
Beautiful nose filled with cherry, vanilla, warm spices, and slight earth tones. On the palate the wine opens up with bright fresh flavors of cherry, thyme, and cola with a long smooth finish.

Spice-tinged red berry preserve and floral pastille scents show fine detail and complementary suggestions of exotic spices and botanical herbs. 2016 Winter’s Hill Estate Reserve Pinot noir “A flashy pinot, this swings for the fence with its intensity and concentration. It starts out savory, with scents of cinnamon and redwood fronds, then the flavors go richers toward red-velvet cake, sumptuous cherry and dark plum. It all holds together, and needs something substantial to pair with it, like a pork chop. 91 points. Wine & Spirits.
